Sales Representative Trainer - Bukit Batok

Key responsibilities

• Liaison with Franchise partners (local and overseas) for all sales related events and matters.
• Monitoring and follow-up with the clients/franchise partner for collection of sale data and prepare monthly sale reports to the management.
• Work closely with corporate store managers and staffs in Singapore and improve QSC.
• Able to travel overseas, visiting our Franchise Partner/sales outlet occasionally as when require by our company.
• Provide team support, confer and cooperate with other staff in order to ensure co-ordination of all sale activities.
• Must articulate verbal communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic, empathetic, sales oriented and have a professional presentation.
• Other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned to you from time to time as when require.
• Learn company rule and operation SOP, and follow them correctly.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry
• Relevant trade qualifications in pastry, bakery, or culinary arts.
• Previous training experience as a trainer and/or assessor (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to engage and build trust with colleagues, and industry partners.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & reporting tools
