[ref. p2793501] Senior Accounts Executive - Bukit Merah

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle AR & AP accounts for group’s selected oversea entities and related accounting and reporting duties.
• Responsible for month-end, quarterly and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and management reports
• Prepare accounting and audit schedules
• Assist for all statutory compliance and reporting, coordinate with group and company’s internal and external auditors, secretary and tax agents.
• Assist with payment related work.
• Any other ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA or relevant qualifications.
2. Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
3. Knowledge or experience with accounting software (NetSuite Oracle) system will be an advantage & proficient in Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
5. Audit experience will be an advantage.
6. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
