Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Executive to oversee and optimize our production planning, supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Production Management:
Manage production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation.
Monitor and ensure timely closure of jobs, follow up on urgent orders, and achieve committed delivery dates.
Coordinate with the production House to resolve manufacturing efficiency issues.
Consolidate monthly production reports and analyze manufacturing status.
Highlight production, capacity, and resource issues that may impact order fulfilment.
Recommend solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Procurement & Supplier Management:
Plan and execute the procurement of raw materials to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Conduct research to identify the best products and suppliers in terms of value, quality, and delivery schedules.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.
Source new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Logistics & Inventory Control:
Optimize transportation routes and consolidate shipments to maximize efficiency.
Monitor stock levels, analyze inventories, and minimize shortages or waste.
Expedite capacity and raw material allocation for urgent orders.
Systems & Reporting:
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV and POS systems for item creation (BOM/Assembly), purchase orders, and inventory management.
Perform monthly checks and alerts to optimize supply and inventory levels.
Participate in the implementation of company-wide platforms (e.g., ERP, Quality Control, IT systems).
Additional Duties:
Maintain a safe and organized working environment in the office and warehouse.
Support e-commerce operations, including product uploads, order fulfilment, and payment links.
Provide IT support for email setup, system troubleshooting, and server maintenance.
Coordinate new product photoshoots and ensure timely execution.
