As an Assistant Executive, you will support the administration and logistics of a training programme. Reporting to the Senior Executive of the Programme Management Team, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and logistical support for the training programme
- Assisting in course coordination, including scheduling and trainee management
- Managing course materials, documentation, and records efficiently
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth course execution
- Handling enquiries and providing support to trainees and trainers
- Assisting in data entry, report generation, and maintaining databases
- Ensuring compliance with established processes and policies
- Performing basic IT troubleshooting related to course requirements
- Supporting any other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of PC hardware is an advantage
