Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance
• Oversee and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Lead a team of engineers for QA surveillance, inspections, and documentation.
• Develop and manage test plans (FAT, HAT, PAT) to meet industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with class requirements and customer specifications.
• Commissioning & Sea Trials
• Lead and supervise engineers in shipboard machinery & electrical system commissioning.
• Plan and manage commissioning schedules and resource allocation.
• Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in commissioning and sea trials.
• Monitor team performance, training needs, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marine, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in marine systems commissioning & QA.
