All About You:
You are a consummate business to business sales professional, who can navigate corporates and tenders and work with other team members towards success. You must have good Singaporean contacts and have experience in local B2B sales.
Experience in selling intangible products and meeting customer requirements in a B2B marketplace is required. If you have been selling technology services or energy or business services in the corporate business to business-to-business environment in Singapore or internationally, will be highly valued.You need to be able to respond to and manage tenders.
You are a dynamic individual, who is solution-orientated, working with counterparties and suppliers, and developing new relationships and solutions to innovate and meet the needs of our market. You should be able to develop new customer relationships and sales opportunities as well as working from your existing customer contact base.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant who will be selling AECO’s Green Energy and Renewables. The successful candidate will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. We are not after an account manager or account farmer, but a professional business development manager who has experience in putting together a deal from multiple parties and leading the deal for our customers.
We are investing in our green energy business, and we have a team which we want to expand and to take the business where it needs to go.
About the Role:
The Product: you will be representing AECO Renewable Energy and selling related products like RECs and carbon credits. You’ll be helping customers become carbon neutral and minimize their carbon tax and net carbon emissions.
Build relationships. Acting as first point of contact for customers. Prospect, develop, and maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities for new customers. Cold calls, personalized email to target audience list, and leverage social media to build your professional network.
Understand our customers. Articulate and Demonstrate value proposition points to corporate customers to secure contracts.
Deliver results. Successfully execute the account management and sales processes for all opportunities.
Stakeholder management. Leverage your domain knowledge when working with internal stakeholders to work towards solutions for customers and close deals. Be disciplined, motivated, resourceful, and take initiative to resolve issues. Proper follow-up, paperwork, and internal process to adhere to company policy.
Other tasks:
- Collaboration with Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to develop, and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.
- Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets individually and with the rest of the sales team.
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customerand customer referrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or other relevant degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Flair for in-person or virtual presentations; keen eye for details; customer-focused and creative problem-solving attitude.
- Demonstrated corporate sales experience and success in a business to business context.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or dialect languages will be valued.
