- Salary: Up to $2,300 (depending on experience)
Production Technician (Front-End, Chemical)
Our client, a well-known Japanese Chemical company, is looking for a Production Technician (Front End) to join their team.
Job Description:
- Perform receiving of front-end-related raw materials and record it on prescribed inventory log
- Perform chemical discharge to the raw material tanks, sampling collections, and other related
- Carry out process monitoring using DCS, LPC, and other HMI-related items
- Record the parameters using prescribed check sheet and datasheet and ensure the reading is
- Carry out and use hand-held equipment necessary for operation activities
- Prescribe to adhere to the procedure on QMS, EMS, and OHS
- Strictly adhere to safety rules and donning of PPE when performing activities
- Strictly adhere to standard operating procedure and observe line discipline
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production
area
Job Requirements:
- At least a graduate of Polytechnic or its equivalent
- Working experience in manufacturing setting
- Physically fit
Job Conditions:
- 12 hours shift work
- Work in a plant environment
- Uniform will be provided
