Temp Executive, Corporate Communications

Salary: $2500 - $3500/month

To help with Open House and planning events

1. Pre-Event

• Be part of team to test and review the functionality of mechanics of the digital stamp card
• Prepare name tags for all faculty & staff and student ambassadors/helpers on duty for actual event
• Collate number of bento lunches needed, place order with the selected caterer and liaise with the caterer on actual day of delivery

1. Actual Event

• Transport gift items from storeroom to the redemption booth and arrange them properly
• Redemption Officer at the gift’s redemption booth

• Polytechnic diploma.
• Able to coordinate with various stakeholders/vendors
• Team player
• Meticulous admin work
• Physically fit and able to help in both in and outside office boundaries (e.g. need to handle bulkier items like pull-out banners/free gifts etc. The gifts are the in boxes and at times we need to move from one place to another.
• Able to work on weekend (open house is on weekend, check-in for the residential camp also on weekend)
• People-oriented as the person will have to deal with visitors at the gift redemption booth and work with students for the residential camp
• Show initiative
