Marine Operations Coordinator - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marine Operations Coordinator to support the Marine Division in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and safety. This role works closely with the Marine Superintendent (MSI) and General Manager (GM).

• Assist with preparing operational budgets, management reviews, and fleet notices.
• Maintain and update marine records, agreements, KPI data, audit schedules, and compliance documentation (e.g., SSP, BWMP, SOPEP).
• Manage records for insurance claims, marine publications, and vessel audits.
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., TMSA, DoC, Green Award) and coordinate remote inspections.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, navigation safety campaigns, and other marine operations initiatives.
• Take minutes for meetings and conduct Iridium phone tests with vessels.
• Provide backup support for MSI duties during their absence.

• Class 3 Marine Certificate of Competency or Diploma in a marine-related field.
• Knowledge of ship management, ISM/ISPS codes, and port operations.
• Proficient in company software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
