Facilities Maintenance Technician (Data Centre)

Work Location: Kaki Bukit, Lorong Chuan, New Industrial Road

Rotating Shift

Morning : 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Night : 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Provide 24x7 onsite support for data centre operations and critical infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor BMS systems to ensure optimal functioning of power, cooling, fire safety, plumbing, and security systems.
• Act as the Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents, performing hands-on troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Manage user requests, incidents, and changes via the ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
• Plan and support preventive and reactive maintenance to minimize service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports (MOP, SOP, EOP).
• Experience in data centre operations or facility management.
• Knowledge of BMS, M&E equipment, and security protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• ITE, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Management Systems, or Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment, and data centre operations.
• Hands-on experience in Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations of critical systems.
