HR Assistant (West) - Geylang

Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll transactions and provide orientations for new employees
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and manage strategic initiative such as graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs, etc.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal and external sourcing channels
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Prepare HR documentation for employees P-files and prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
• Assist with employee benefits administration and coordinate employee events and activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements related to HR and Admin activities

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or its equivalent in HR
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software is required to be successful in this role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support roles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
