Sales & Operations Analyst - 6 Months Rolling Contract - S$5k/Month - Tampines

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Analyst to support data consolidation and migration efforts for Sales and CRM systems. This role involves organizing historical data and ensuring its accuracy for future reference and opportunity tracking.

• This is a contract role for 6 months – renewable!:

Data Consolidation:

• Compile and organize at least 3 years of proposed sales pricing data for products and solutions into a single Excel document.
• Ensure data accuracy and structure to provide a reliable Price Book reference for sales operations.

Data Migration:

• Transfer past Sales opportunities data from SharePoint to the recently implemented CRM system.
• Validate and maintain data integrity throughout the migration process to ensure seamless Opportunity Tracking.

High-Level Data Analysis:

• Create graphs and utilize Excel macros and formulas to support high-level analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Atleast 3 years of data analysis, operations or sales support experience from Technology or Security industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in managing large datasets.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cautiously and accurately while consolidating historical data.
• Experience with Excel macros, formulas, and graph creation for analysis.
• Familiarity with data migration processes and CRM systems.
