Salary: $2,500 + commission package

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, explaining service offerings, and managing inquiries professionally. Candidates should be sales-driven, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and and explain the firm's services
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and sales negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales records using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Goal-oriented with a customer-focused attitude.
