Salt is looking to hire a Product Designer for a 6-month renewable contract assignment for a Social Media client in Singapore. This Product Designer will play a central role in building products, ensuring the products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution.
Responsibilities: Defining product direction and finding new ways to grow our portfolio of valuable messaging products.
Building consumer experiences and easy-to-use business tools to unlock business messaging revenue by driving large new advertisers to adopt Click-to-messaging ads at scale.Helping to further drive monetization within the business vertical.
Qualifications: Leads and delivers design projects of large and (or) ambiguous scope.
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion plus users.Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces.
Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems.
Ideal experience is between 8 – 10 years.
Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship.
Lead a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.
Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration.
Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment such as taking on mentorship opportunities.
