Marketing Director, Asia Pacific - Toa Payoh
Embraer Asia Pacific is seeking to recruit a Marketing Director for the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the Vice President, Asia Pacific (Commercial Aviation), you will be responsible for all commercial aviation marketing activities in the Asia Pacific region. You will manage the sales and marketing teams’ capability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, drive sales opportunities, manage prospects and lead the outreach with credible and sustained advancement, drive sales and marketing priorities and concentrations, lead the marketing plan development, implementation and execution, develop and coordinate studies and presentations.You will also strategize and deploy communication and promotional plans to increase branding awareness and mainly to maximize the success potential of the sales plan for the region, ensuring all processes within the sales and marketing operations observe the compliance guidelines and within the foreseen expenses budget limits.
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Marketing Plan – drive all aspects of strategy planning and implement Embraer Asia Pacific’s marketing strategies to drive overall sales and marketing efforts, to improve brand awareness and spark interest in the company’s product portfolio.
- Marketing Awareness – lead all marketing related activities in the allocated region, to reinforce Embraer’s brand, product and services awareness
- Market Development – develop and execute market intelligence activities to understand the aviation scenario in Asia Pacific and generate analysis to define priorities and concentrations for the region.
- Prospecting – ensure continuous search for market opportunities and maturing them to a business development phase.
- Business Development – reinforce Embraer positioning of product values, supporting sales efforts to conclude a successful proposal negotiation.
- Proposal – develop and deploy strategies with the Sales capture teams to improve the value perceived by the operators and conclude successful commercial proposals, including all Performance and Economic Analysis studies that allow the company to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Operational efficiency and staff development – assure the efficient operation and optimum use of resources allocated to Embraer Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Correct eventual gaps of skills and capabilities of the team members.
- Operational cost – ensure all activities remain on/or below budgetary spent.

Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking to hire a professional with a Bachelor in Engineering, Aviation, Business or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience in airline business planning, demand generation, integrated marketing strategy, marketing research and analysis, qualitative and quantitative research and marketing performance.
