Our Client:
Our client is a prominent Japanese company, specialising in Office Equipment retail. They are currently looking for an experienced Regional Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing Products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application
- Provide technical support to dealers and customers on company products
- Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs
- Provide Technical Training to Oversea Dealers on company products
- Record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required
- Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability
- Collaborates with other internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and technical support, and external stakeholders, such as distributors and customers, to prepare pre-sales support, including sample printing, promotion kit preparation, sales kit creation, and machine specification confirmation repeat testing
The Requirements:
- Min O level or its equivalent with at least one year of working experience in a printer related industry
- Valid Class 2 or 3 driving license will be Plus
- Candidates with no relevant work experience are also welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal skills, and a good team player
- Liaise with stakeholders in English
