Full-Time Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) Wanted @ Boon Keng/Aljunied Area! ??

Salary Range: $3000 - $4000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Boon Keng/Aljunied Area (5 bus stops from Boon Keng MRT / Aljunied MRT)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

✅ Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, including invoice validation, handling petty cash, and processing staff reimbursements.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless AP workflows.
Execute payments through multiple payment methods.
Prepare and review AP reports, including reconciliations for intercompany transactions, banks, and vendors, as well as Balance Sheet schedules.
Handle journal entries such as accruals and reclassification adjustments.
Oversee GST submissions and maintain Fixed Assets records.
Assist with AP automation projects and efficiency enhancements.
Support both internal and external audits on a quarterly basis.
Optimize payment procedures and enhance system functionality for improved financial operations.
