Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management: Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing a welcoming environment for pets and their owners.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Animal Care: Oversee the health and welfare of all animals, including engaging them in play, walking, meal management, showering, and cleaning up after them.
• Client Relations: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory of pet supplies, grooming products, and other necessary materials.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• High energy, a positive attitude, and high integrity.
• Ready to handle various scenarios arising from pet guests’ needs and anxieties.
• Good situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Always on the lookout for opportunities to lend a helping hand to colleagues and groomers.
• Respect and maintain our high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety and hygiene.
• Ability to "speak" dog and human.
• Knowledge in dog care and handling; training will be provided.
• Some pet grooming experience preferred.
