Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and manage our B2B sales team. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by implementing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for our B2B products.This individual will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and refine sales processes, drive customer acquisition, and expand market presence.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy to achieve company goals and targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to continuously refine the sales approach.
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and help shape the development of new features or solutions.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Use data to analyze sales trends and identify areas for growth or improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
