The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition leads a team of 13 recruiters, partnering with business leaders and key stakeholders to meet diverse manpower needs. This role owns the talent acquisition strategy for educators, corporate, and support roles across the organization.

As a strategic partner, the Senior Manager stays ahead of market trends to shape recruitment efforts, guiding the end-to-end process in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement talent acquisition strategies locally and internationally to meet business objectives, considering current and emerging market trends.
Manage and motivate a recruitment team, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Advise business leaders on recruitment strategies and plans to attract top talent for corporate, educator, and support roles.
Develop and drive a pipeline strategy to optimize time-to-fill and attract talent for the Management Associate Programme.
Collaborate with government agencies, corporate partners, and institutions for outreach and internship programs.
Strengthen internal employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract the right talent.
Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Oversee the talent acquisition budget and spending.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 8 years in Talent Acquisition
Proven success in managing and leading recruitment teams
