What you'll be doing
Drive Business Growth through Exceptional Customer Engagement
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Appointment Setting: Contact potential clients via phone to schedule appointments for financial consultants.
- Appointment Confirmation: Follow up with clients to confirm scheduled appointments and ensure attendance.
- Maintain Database: Accurately record client information, appointment details, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Re-engage leads who expressed initial interest but haven’t yet committed to an appointment.
- Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with financial consultants to ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and prepared.
Requirements:
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary.
- Appointment Setting Commission: Earn an additional remuneration per confirmed appointment.
