Position: Account Executive (2 Years Contract)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hour: 8am to 5.30pm
- Location: Ubi
- Salary: Up to $3500

Responsibilities- Assist the team with the timely closing of monthly accounts
- Assist with account receivables and payables
- Assist with preparation of reports for variance between budget, forecast and actual results
- Assist with preparation of monthly audit schedules and intercompany reconciliations
- Assist with creation of fixed assets
- Assist with preparation of quarterly supporting packages
- Assist with preparation of statistical and operational reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Pivot Table
