• To follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets;
• To liaise with lawyers on accounts under legal action;
• To liaise with external debt collection agencies;
• To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• To minimize credit losses and maximize credit recoveries.

• Diploma holder
• Relevant working experience in credit control would be advantageous
• Service-oriented and results driven
• Ability to work independently
