1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven completion.
2. Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with design and industry standards.
3. Monitor on-site construction progress, liaise with contractors, suppliers, and design teams, and resolve technical issues.
4. Maintain project documentation (e.g., daily logs, change orders, inspection reports) and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Support cost control and resource allocation to optimize construction efficiency.
6. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project engineering or site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
