Responsibilities- Manage cases and provide counseling to clients.
- Assess clients’ needs and conditions, including psychosocial and financial aspects.
- Refer clients to appropriate agencies and handle referral cases.
- Conduct training for caregivers and internal staff.
- Participate in in-house training programs.
- Min Nitec level
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Operating Theatre Support) or relevant working experience as an Operating Theatre Technician is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
