Lead and manage the IT department to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all IT systems, aligning with business goals.

Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives, focusing on security, operational efficiency, and innovation to enhance business performance.
Oversee the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, documentation, and budget management.
Spearhead process improvements and digital transformation efforts, driving greater workflow efficiency.
Implement IT security measures, establish policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect organizational data and assets.

Requirements:

ITIL Certified
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in IT Management and Project Leadership in the Construction Industry.
Must have prior supervisory experience managing a team of 3-5 individuals.
Extensive expertise in data management, network security, and industry-standard governance practices.
