Site Administrator (Alt Sat) / Construction Industry

Our client is from Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Site Administrator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Islandwide.

• Support the Project Manager with site documentation and purchase order processing.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks for on-site teams.
• Coordinate with the main office to manage necessary project documentation.
• Organize and track both incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintain a complete and well-organized document archive for easy access.
• Check records for accuracy and ensure updates are made when needed.
• Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure documentation complies with internal procedures and requirements.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in site administration and document control would be advantageous.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
