IT Support Engineer (Central/ 5 days) - Toa Payoh

► Working hours: 9am to 6.30pm, Monday to Fridays

Job Description:

• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 IT support to users across 22 global offices.
• Work closely with IT teams in Paris, Tunis, and Geneva to resolve technical issues.
• Manage and configure computers using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Administer Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Maintain and support the datacenter, including virtual machines, databases, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Implement and manage IT security monitoring using Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Log Analytics.
• Generate network and security reports using Microsoft 365.
• Provide technical support for mobile devices and tablets.
• Assist in IT process improvements and documentation.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 and Azure projects to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• No experience candidate are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with frequent overtime.
• Passion for learning new technologies and improving IT processes.
• Able to 24/7 standby requirements.
