• Plan and maintain stock levels to ensure continuous customer support.
• Update item master data, vendor details, pricing, and BOM.
• Manage purchasing activities and vendor relationships.
• Oversee shipments, negotiate costs, and coordinate 3PL operations.
• Handle order fulfillment, invoices, credit/debit notes, and verification of documents.
• Work with factories on quality matters and generate management reports.

• Diploma holder
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
