• Drive sales performance and foster strong client relationships.
• Conduct B2B sales activities, leading the sales team to meet targets and enhance customer experiences.
• Maintain and expand sales with existing key accounts while developing new ones.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to create customized AV solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with manufacturers and partners.
• Identify and secure partnerships to expand solution offerings.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Focus on AV solutions for enterprises and sectors like Education, Healthcare, and Government.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in IT, Engineering, Audio Visual, or related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Good to have experience in project-focused sales environments.
• Good knowledge of Audio & Video technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.
