Regional Business Development Manager (Consumer Electronics) - JC
As the Regional Business Development Manager (Consumer Electronics), you will spearhead the creation of strategies for channel expansion, marketing, and sales teams to drive outstanding short- and medium-term sales growth while strengthening the brand of a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key regions in Asia and South Asia.
- Take ownership of acquiring new accounts and driving sales, including building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
- Propel revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and by exploring new revenue channels.
- Work alongside both principal and local teams to identify the most effective ways to market the product portfolio across different regions.
- Define and communicate the growth vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to product launches.
- Oversee product performance after launch, gather customer feedback, and implement changes to improve product features as needed.
- Lead negotiations for high-level contracts and partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the Consumer Electronics industry.
- Proven Sales and Business Development experience in Brunei, Myanmar, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
