Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations.
• Taking care and manage goods receiving and outgoing.
• Proper management of receiving store, data entry, and ensure good housekeeping.
• Assisting and support operational requirements.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Supply Chain, or in a relevant discipline.
• Candidates with prior experience in a similar position would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time effectively.
• Salary package and position will be commensurate based on experience and skill set.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
