What you'll be doing- Formulate and execute strategies to grow sales through new outlet openings and optimize existing operations.
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales objectives and operation standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, training, supply chain to deliver seamless execution.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a key partner to the Executive Director, stepping in as a global leader when needed.
- 8+ years in F&B or QSR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing operations across a minimum of 15 outlets, ideally within the fast-casual or QSR sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations
- Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
