Senior CNC Programmer (Lead Manufacturing Engineer) - Bukit Batok

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior CNC Programmer (Lead Manufacturing Engineer). The ideal candidate will have to possess leadership skills and a strong technical background to oversee programming team and drive key improvements on the production floor.

• Lead the programming department to ensure that the team works together to meet organizational standards and Quality expectations
• Effectively assign and manage daily tasks for CNC programmers, ensuring an even workload distribution to meet project timelines, so as to meet customer on-time-delivery requirements
• Evaluate and test new tooling options and drive for potential costs-savings
• Coordinate the sourcing of tooling ahead of production commencement to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with tooling suppliers to negotiate cost-saving measures and enhance productivity on the production floor.
• Train and develop the team and upgrade their core competencies

• Strong experience in CNC programming
• At least 3 years in supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal customers and external vendors
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving manufacturing environment with a mindset of always striving for quality products and OTD
• Experience in using CAD/CAM software (Solidworks / Mastercam)
• Experience in using CNC verification/machine simulation software, preferably Vericut
