Assistant Accounting Manager
Job Description➢ Responsible for full sets of accounts on monthly and yearly closing by SAP system. Ensure timely and accurate closing
➢ Prepare monthly reports to HQ and quarterly revaluation report to group companies
➢ Liaise with auditors and draft auditors report annually
➢ Corporate tax, expatriate personal income tax and GST related work
➢ Prepare budget at year end
➢ Internal control and compliance work like J-SOX
➢ Liaise with corporate secretary on board meeting, AGM, etc.
➢ Prepare ad hoc reports for Government agencies like Department of Statistics /Economic Development Board, etc.
Job Requirement➢Degree holder in Accounting or ACCA professional level
➢At least 5 years’ experience in full sets of Accounts
➢Proficiency in SAP software
➢Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
➢TMS (Treasury Management System) experience an advantage
