Financial Product Manager - Toa Payoh

By leveraging on Yixin Group’s leading platform technologies and strong shareholder background (which includes Tencent and JD.com), X Star is committed to build an automotive ecosystem with more convenient, safe and efficient financing services overseas.

As the expanding of business, we are looking for Financial Product Manager to further support the growing business needs in Singapore.

Job responsibilities:

(1) Develop product strategy and workflow:

• Responsible for developing auto-finance product strategy and planning, increasing loan book and profitability.
• Manage auto-loan product positioning in the industry.
• Design and manage dealer commission program to maximize organic growth.
• Work with risk, finance and legal team to ensure products meet regulatory standards and ensure smooth product operations.
• Work with technology team to design new workflow and system design

• Analyze market demands, competitor landscape, and customer needs to continuously improve the product offerings and increase product competitiveness.
• Obtain insights into our customer segment and profiling through in-depth user research and data analysis, and interview with BDs and car dealers
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or relevant field
• 10 years of relevant industry experience in financial institutions, consumer lending, or fintech companies
• A self-starter who is able to work interpedently and engage cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, independent and self-motivated.
