Geylang - IT Project Manager | Up to $5.5k + Bonus | 12 Months Renewable Contract

Requirements:

• Must have experience in both hardware and software applications.
• An accredited Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum two years of work experience in the related technical domains and industry.
• Certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management will be preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is a plus.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Good communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
• Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility, good at discovering and solving problems.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal technical teams and vendors to propose overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success.
• Perform proper project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
• Manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of IT systems to support operations. Candidates who are cognisant with industry best practices are preferred.
• Perform, review, and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement effort
