HR Manager - Bukit Merah
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing the company's HR agenda
Developing HR strategies, policies and practices
Structuring compensation and benefit packages
Developing and creating each position’s KPI and evaluation structure for employee
Finding suitable government grants for the entire business entity and securing the grants
Managing, saving, and allocating HR funds with government grants
Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as planning of business unit restructuring
Accomplish and ensure projects tasked by HQ are complete according to schedule
Handle recruitment and selection process such as posting advertisements, shortlisting and prepare employment contracts
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
Learning and Development, Planning Training Plan for all staff
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
Administrator welfare matters and organizing staff activities
Driving the performance management programs, identifying talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines
Manage overall end-to-end Payroll
Providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units on a daily basis
