HR Business Partner Ops Executive - Toa Payoh
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR Business Partner Executive to join our team. This role is a hybrid between operational HR management and strategic partnership, designed to align HR initiatives with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Singapore’s MOM labor laws, data analysis, and regulatory frameworks such as PDPA, while excelling in communication, collaboration, and driving improvements across the organization.
- Strategic HR Partnership:
o Reporting to the Chief Of Staff and acting as a strategic partner to other leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
o Provide proactive advice and support on HR-related matters, including employee engagement.- Compliance and Regulatory Management:
o Ensure compliance with Singapore’s MOM labor laws and regulations.
o Oversee the implementation and adherence to regulatory initiatives such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
o Work with the Chief of Staff to regularly review and update HR policies or craft new ones to ensure alignment with legal and organizational requirements.- Operational Excellence:
o Support HR operations, including employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
o Analyze HR data and generate insights to improve decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
o Leverage advanced Excel skills for reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.- Employee Engagement and Relations:
o Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
o Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution of grievances in line with company policies.- Process Improvement and Change Management:
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
o Support change management initiatives to drive organizational growth and adaptability.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on both strategic and operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s MOM labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with MOM employment regulatory law.
- Experience in leading or supporting mini projects
- Good to have payroll management and PDPA implementation experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills able to multi task.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
