Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Digital Strategy & Transformation Initiatives
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects to enhance financial services offerings.
• Identify, assess, and implement emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, cloud, API-driven platforms, RPA, etc.).
• Drive the adoption of digital banking, wealth management, payments, and automation solutions.
• Enhance operational efficiency through process re-engineering, automation, and workflow digitization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and digital service delivery.
• Lead initiatives in paperless operations, AI-driven decision-making, and omnichannel financial services.
• Collaborate with technology, business, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless transformation.
• Manage digital transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
• Drive change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new digital tools and platforms.
• Leverage big data, predictive analytics, and AI to optimize financial decision-making.
• Oversee integration of cloud-based and API-driven platforms with existing financial systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance in all digital initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, fintech strategy, or technology consulting within financial services.
• Strong expertise in financial technology trends, automation, AI, and cloud-based financial solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale technology implementation and process re-engineering projects.
• Proven ability to work with regulators, compliance teams, and financial technology partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with banking systems, wealth platforms, payments infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
