We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the sales of our cutting-edge AI Voice, Voice Recording, and Telephony solutions. As an IT Account Manager, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for AI Voice, Voice Recording, and Telephony solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively seek new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business needs and technical requirements to provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our AI Voice and Telephony solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize their use of our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Well Versed in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome too
  • Strong understanding of AI Voice, Voice Recording, and Telephony technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office software application and sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
