Regional Business Development Manager - Bukit Batok

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on business development within the critical resource industry.

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the industry as well as negotiate deals to drive business growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the resource industry and stay updated on industry trends
• Apply for relevant government grants to support business operations and expansion
• Organize and plan for surveys for client projects as required
• Handle a variety of tasks and manage any issues that arise, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with the Atomionics Singapore team to align business development activities with company goals - share insights and learnings
• Stay updated on professional knowledge and skills, by attending relevant workshops, seminars, and networking events

• Extensive experience in the mining industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in Finance
• Experience in applying for and securing government grants
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Established network within the mining industry would be a plus.
• Qualifications in mining or geology could be advantageous.
