Responsibilities

Verify and dispose of failed or on-hold lots
Perform basic failure analysis on IC devices
Generate timely Quality Control reports
Provide support for customer request, RMA return or complaints
Review the equipment PM/CAL/GRR/Qualification activities or reports

Requirements

Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
Able to work 12-hours morning shift
Familiar with using measuring instrument
Basic FA knowledge on Optical Microscope, Curve Tracer Analysis, X-Ray inspection

and C-SAM analysis
