Pasir Ris - Regional Sales Manager, APAC (EPC) Electrical Instrument MNC

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to be part of their Sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

The Regional Sales Manager's responsible is:

• Drive sales and business development in the energy sector across APAC.
• Identify and pursue project and MRO opportunities with EPCs, contractors, and key accounts.
• Develop direct customer relationships, establish local teams or agents, and expand the customer base.
• Secure product specifications with major O&G companies, national oil firms, and consultants.
• Build strong business relationships to gain insights into upcoming projects and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions to raise brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing strategic insights.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance to achieve annual targets.
• Travel overseas as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas or relevant industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable for travelling across APAC region
• Knowledge in EPC and projects
