Operations Executive - Woodlands

We are looking for Operations Executive to join our family!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deploy daily logistics activities, including assigning and controlling trucking distribution to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure safe handling, adherence to schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Create driver rosters and work schedules to ensure operational needs are met.
• Ensure proper documentation of internal SOPs and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage job requests from internal teams, ensuring clear and concise instructions are disseminated to drivers.
• Coordinate ground activities to resolve issues, provide solutions, and maintain smooth delivery operations.
• Assist other teams in addressing customer inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-job training for staff.
• Responsible for verifying attendance, approving staff overtime and leave, and managing staff disciplinary matters,
• Assume the role of duty controller or drivers when required, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics or a similar field.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams.
• Independent, highly-motivated, self-driven, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in using computers and Excel spreadsheets.
