Vice President / Director of Operations - Bukit Batok

The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities and deep knowledge of the fabless-foundry-OSAT ecosystem.

1. Operational Leadership:

• Drive execution of company strategy from an operations perspective.
• Manage daily operations to ensure production efficiency, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and standardized work culture.

1. Supply Chain & Manufacturing Oversight:

• Oversee supply chain planning, procurement, capacity, inventory, and risk control.
• Coordinate production, supply, and demand alignment to meet global and regional client needs.
• Manage wafer fabrication coordination and backend OSAT operations.

1. Process Improvement & Efficiency:

• Lead initiatives to improve yield, reduce cycle times, and boost inventory turnover.
• Implement lean and cost-effective processes across manufacturing and logistics functions.
• Optimize cross-functional resource allocation and scalability.

1. Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyze operational data to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Report KPIs and operational performance metrics to senior leadership.

1. Team Management:

• Lead and develop high-performing operations and supply chain teams.
• Provide mentorship, training, and succession planning to ensure organizational capability.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor operations, manufacturing, or supply chain leadership.
• Familiar with wafer fabrication, backend assembly, and OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) processes.
• Strong leadership, planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage daily operations and long-term business goals simultaneously.
