The position will involve working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as providing technical support and training.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Network, Firewall, and Linux systems.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Develop and deliver technical training.
• Write technical documentation.
• Work with other engineers to design and implement new solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Network, Firewall, and Linux technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English
