As a Manager, HRBP, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Be the main point of contact for HR queries from business units.
• Provide timely and effective resolutions with internal HR teams.
• Handle contract renewals, exits (e.g., resignation, retirement, dismissal), and changes to employment terms (e.g., part-time requests, transfers).
• Process out-of-system transactions like overtime, claims, and allowances.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Address staff grievances and support disciplinary actions.
• Work with the shared services team to deliver HR services in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure accurate employee data through monthly audits.
• Create and maintain HR Dashboards for business units.
• Generate monthly and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics.
• Track and report on manpower and succession plans.
• Advise line management on performance management and employee relations.
• Stay informed about business unit manpower plans.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to business plans.
• Work with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention.
• Understand business needs, analyze trends, and offer HR solutions.
• Align with other HR teams on performance appraisals, salary reviews, and bonuses.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements.

• Degree in HR or equivalent with 4-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Preferably 2-5 years of HR generalist experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
• Capable of engaging and advising senior leaders on strategic HR issues.
