We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service deliveries, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate service deliveries, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
- Quotation Generation: Generate accurate and professional quotations for clients based on their requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, maintenance, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve client complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, service deliveries, and quotations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: O Level or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service coordination or property management environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Personal Qualities:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
