Job Title - Head of Human Resources

Purpose of the role
The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function in Singapore. This role will partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals. The Head of HR will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership- - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- - Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR guidance and support.
- - Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive HR experience
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
